1. Information we collect
When you fill out our qualification form or contact us, we collect:
- Contact details: first and last name, phone number, email address, ZIP code.
- Eligibility details: insurance type (Medicare, Medicaid, commercial), age range, condition-related answers (e.g. diabetic status), and, when you opt in, photos of insurance cards.
- Technical data: IP address, browser/user-agent, referring URL, UTM parameters, device type, and cookies described below.
2. Cookies and advertising tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies — including the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Meta's Conversions API — to measure ad performance and improve our marketing. See our Cookie Policy for the full list.
When you submit a form, we send a server-to-server event to Meta that includes hashed (one-way encrypted) versions of your email, phone, name, ZIP, and country, along with your IP address, user-agent, and Meta browser cookies (_fbp, _fbc). Meta uses this only to match your conversion to an ad and to improve ad delivery — never to contact you directly on our behalf.
You can opt out of Meta ad personalization in your Facebook Ad Preferences or use aboutads.info.
3. How we use your information
- To verify your insurance benefits and determine eligibility for durable medical equipment (DME).
- To contact you by phone, SMS, or email about your request and order.
- To coordinate prescriptions and shipments with your healthcare providers and suppliers.
- To measure and optimize our advertising campaigns.
- To comply with legal obligations and to detect fraud.
4. Who we share information with
- Service providers: hosting (Lovable Cloud), email delivery, CRM, analytics. Bound by contract to protect your data.
- Advertising partners: Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook/Instagram), via the Pixel and Conversions API, as described above.
- Healthcare partners: your physician, insurer, and licensed equipment suppliers, only to fulfill your request.
- Legal: when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights and safety.
We do not sell personal information for money. We do share certain identifiers with advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising — you can opt out below.
5. Your choices and rights
- Do Not Sell or Share: California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and other state residents can submit a request at /do-not-sell.
- Access / delete / correct: email privacy@getdmenow.com.
- SMS/calls: reply STOP to opt out, or call us to revoke. See TCPA Consent.
- Email: every email includes an unsubscribe link.

7. Data retention and security
We retain lead data for as long as needed to provide service and meet legal/insurance record-keeping requirements (typically up to 7 years for billing records). We use TLS in transit, encryption at rest, role-based access, and audit logging.
8. Children
Our services are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
