When to Use
Wear continuously for 14 days, day and night. The Libre 3 is water-resistant and can be worn during bathing, showering, swimming (up to 3 ft for 30 min), and exercise. Replace with a new sensor on day 14.

Covered by Medicare Part B (when criteria are met), most state Medicaid programs, and most private insurance plans including BCBS, UnitedHealthcare, Aetna, Cigna, Humana, and Anthem. Out-of-pocket cost is $0 for most qualifying patients.
